Sale of Drillship Aban ICE
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015,please be informed that the Board at their meeting held on 24 November,2022 had approved the sale of Drillship Aban Ice owned by the Company. The Sale and Purchase Agreement between the parties was entered into on 24 th January, 2023. The details are as under:
