We refer to the Stock Exchange announcements dt 7th October 2015 and 23rd October 2015 regarding possible amendments to the bond agreement dated 20th December 2011 entered into by Deep Drilling 1 Pte. Ltd (“DD1PL”), a wholly owned stepdown subsidiary of our Company. Accordingly, please find attached copy of the summons for bondholders' meeting on 15th December 2015 with the proposed amendments to the bond agreement.

This is to inform that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 5th November 2015 to transact the following items.

To consider and take on record the Unaudited Quarterly Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the period ended 30th September, 2015.

To consider and take on record the Unaudited Quarterly Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the period ended 30th September, 2015.

Further, the trading window will be closed from October 27, 2015 to November 5, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the approval of the financial results and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of results.
