- Intimation of Trading Window Closure
- We wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01.01.2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter ended December 31,2022 as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015

- The Board at the meeting held today, took note of the proposal to amalgamate the following step-down subsidiaries of the Company viz. Deep Drilling 1 Pte. Ltd. (“DD1PL”), Deep Drilling 2 Pte. Ltd.(“DD2PL”), Deep Drilling 3 Pte. Ltd. (“DD3PL”), Deep Drilling 4 Pte. Ltd. (“DD4PL”), Deep Drilling 5 Pte. Ltd. (“DD5PL”), Deep Drilling 7 Pte. Ltd. (“DD7PL”), Deep Drilling 8 Pte. Ltd. (“DD8PL”)(collectively, the “SPVs”) with the holding company of the SPVs viz., Deep Drilling Invest Pte. Ltd. (“DDIPL”), another step-down subsidiary of the Company (“Proposed Amalgamation”) in view of the sale of Rigs owned by the SPVs, and approved the Proposed Amalgamation, subject to completion of necessary statutory formalities
- The Board also took note of the proposal to strike-off the names of the following step-down subsidiaries of the Company viz. Aban 7 Pte Ltd (“A7PL”) and Aban Pearl Pte. Ltd. (“APPL”) from the Register of Companies in Singapore and approved the same, subject to completion of requisite statutory formalities

- To consider and take on record the Unaudited Quarterly Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the period ended 30th September 2022
- To consider and take on record the Unaudited Quarterly Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the period ended 30th September 2022
